If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Pigeo. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Pigeo after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Pigeo provides a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling service that allows you to make voice calls over the internet to phone numbers worldwide.
Pigeo operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model. You purchase credits that are used to make calls. There are no monthly subscriptions, contracts, or recurring fees.
Pigeo is a VoIP service and requires an active internet connection. Call quality may vary based on your internet connection speed and stability. We do not guarantee service availability in all locations or under all network conditions.
To use Pigeo, you must create an account and provide certain information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Email verification is required to activate your account. You must verify your email address by clicking the verification link sent to your email. Accounts with unverified email addresses may have limited functionality or be suspended.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service and other users.
Pigeo uses a credit-based payment system for all calls.
Credits are purchased through our secure payment processor, Paystack. You can purchase credits using credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or bank transfers. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your full payment card information.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire, but unused credits may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to refund credits in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Call rates vary by destination country and are displayed before you make a call. Rates are subject to change without notice, but you will always see the current rate before initiating a call. We strive to provide competitive rates but do not guarantee that our rates are the lowest available.
Calls are charged based on actual call duration, rounded up to the nearest minute or billing increment. Charges are deducted from your account balance in real-time. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You must maintain a sufficient account balance to make calls. If your balance is insufficient, you will need to purchase additional credits before making calls.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of unused credits, and legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

Pigeo is provided on a "best effort" basis. While we work to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays.

The Pigeo service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Cosmforge Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Pigeo for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described below.
Pigeo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmforge Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of Pigeo.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmforge Limited from any claims arising from your use of Pigeo.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cosmforge Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of Pigeo; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Either party may terminate access to the service under certain conditions.
You may stop using Pigeo and close your account at any time by contacting us at support@pigeo.app. Unused credits may be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
Upon termination, your right to use Pigeo will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, and you will lose access to any unused credits, unless required by law to retain such information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
